Welcome to Cocos Seaview - Beautiful Accommodation in the Cocos (Keeling) Islands
Cocos has several sandy beaches that are great for swimming. Cocos Island's most famous beach is at Direction Island, with a wide sandy beach and beautiful blue water. Swimming beaches are also located on West Island at Trannies on the northern end of the island, and at the Yacht Club to the south.
Fishing is excellent at Cocos. Throw a line off the jetty, or try for fish in the lagoon or off the reef-front. Fishing charters can also be arranged to fish outside the reef and maybe catch a wahoo or something bigger.
Surfing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding are also great on the outer reef and in the lagoon during the trade wind season.
Cocos has world-class snorkeling and scuba diving with some of the most pristine coral reefs in the world. Read lots of information about diving in the Cocos here .
Book your diving trip thru the local dive shop Cocos Dive. They offer highly professional diving trips and stock an excellent range of equipment for hire and for sale.
Cocos has it's own nine hole golf course alongside the airport runway. Golf with a difference! Cocos also has two tennis courts, where you can use your own racquet or just borrow a racquet at the courts.
Direction Island is simply stunning.
