Your
Suite
All suites are fully air conditioned and have quality
furnishings and accessories throughout. Each room has a comfortable queen
size bed with luxurious linen, pillows, bath towels, and private ensuite
bathroom.
All rooms overlook the central tropical garden, and have a large wooden
deck area with cane furniture, overhead fans, and free magazines.
Each suite has a fully equipped kitchenette, with quality applicances
including fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and electric frypan.
All cutlery and crockery is provided.
Cocos Seaview also has an outdoor entertainment area for all guests,
including gas bbq, rice cooker, electric wok, and cane tables and chairs.
Each suite also has their own esky and picnic set with plates, cups,
cutlery, picnic rug etc.
A colour TV and clock radio are included free of charge. Insect screens are
fitted on all windows and doors.

Our
Location
Located on West Island in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac just 700 metres from the
centre of town, Cocos Seaview is secluded, romantic, and intimate.
Tucked away among the tropical palms and trees in the residential area,
Cocos Seaview offers a relaxed experience away from the busy town centre.
Cocos Seaview is just a one minute walk to the Indian Ocean and a grassy
parkland overlooking the sea.
The town centre, with shops, restaurant, Cocos Club bar, and other island
facilities is an easy ten minute stroll along the seafront .
The community bustop is also right outside if you wish to take a tour
around the island, or to catch the ferry across to Home Island or Direction
Island.

Personal
Service
Cocos Seaview has a dedicated manager who live on-site to provide
friendly and relaxed service for all guests. Karen will meet you at the
airport terminal and deliver you and your baggage to your suite. She will
also drop you off for your return home.
Once at Cocos Seaview, you can choose to be left alone during your stay, or
ask us any questions you may have about things to do and see during your
stay.
Karen can also help you arrange car hire, bike hire, boat tours and
cultural tours, during your stay.
Your room is serviced weekly, and access to a fully equipped laundry is
also provided free of charge.
Cocos Seaview offers late checkout for all guests. Rooms are non-smoking.

Pricing
Each suite is $135 AUD per night.
We accept payment by direct deposit, cash and cheque. A 10% deposit is
required to secure your booking.
We suggest you book in advance for your car hire and bike hire, as the
number of cars and bikes on the island is limited.
